Every activity has a reason.
PlayFit brings purposeful movement into a child-friendly setting. The programme can use ball games, balance tracks, coordination challenges, obstacle play, grip activities and turn-taking games to explore movement and participation.
What we pay attention to
- Balance, coordination and movement confidence.
- Comfort trying an unfamiliar activity.
- Turn-taking, shared play and social participation.
- Frustration, transitions and asking for help.
- The child’s enjoyment, energy and readiness to rest.
Comfort comes before performance.
Coaches adapt the challenge to the child’s age, ability and comfort. Guardians are told about supervision, session arrangements and the activities included in their plan. Children are not pushed to take part in activities they are not ready for.
Specialist activity availability
Swimming, rock climbing and rope climbing are part of the wider PlayFit vision. They are offered only when the relevant facility, supervision and safety clearance are in place. Confirm the current Tangail activity list before enrolment.
