Answers are processed in this browser and are not submitted or saved by the check-in tool. Refreshing or leaving clears them. Printing or downloading creates a copy on your device. It is not a clinical screening test.
Booking requests
When you submit the booking form, your name, mobile, optional email, child’s age group, chosen service, preferred date and time, and optional note are stored privately in the website admin and emailed to the team. They are used to arrange and follow up your visit, online parent session or orientation call. Website records are scheduled for deletion after 365 days; deletion runs when WordPress scheduled tasks execute. Email and WhatsApp copies are handled separately by the team. Do not include clinical reports or diagnoses.
If you choose WhatsApp, the request is also opened as a WhatsApp message for you to send. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply, and your WhatsApp name and number are visible to the centre when you send. Session feedback forms prepare a WhatsApp draft only; the website does not store them.
Technical information
The theme adds no advertising trackers. Hosting, WordPress and installed plugins may process technical logs or cookies. Third-party WhatsApp and map services apply their own privacy terms. The site operator should update this notice when adding services.
Programme records and requests
