ZADEER

Parenting from abroad.

For families where one parent works overseas. Your child uses the centre in person — play, swimming, climbing, programmes, doctors, therapy — while you join paid online sessions from abroad and get a written update every month.

PARENTS ABROAD · YOUR CHILD IS HERE

You are far away. You are not out of the picture.

In many families one parent works overseas while the child grows up here with the mother, a grandmother or another relative. The money arrives every month. The decisions about the child get made in a five-minute call after a night shift.

Your child is not abroad. Your child is here, and can come to the centre like any other child — play, swim, climb, join a programme, see the doctors, have therapy. You are the one who is far away, so it is you, not the child, who joins online.

ZADEER puts everyone who is raising the child on the same call, in Bangla, at a time that fits your shift, and sends one written routine that all of you follow.

What your child can do here, in person.

Nothing on this list is limited because a parent works overseas. Your child comes in with whoever is at home and takes part exactly as a local family would.

Play, swimming and climbing

PlayFit is screen-free play for balance, coordination and confidence. Swimming, rock climbing and rope climbing run at the centre with age-appropriate supervision, matched to your child’s age, ability and comfort.

The programmes

PlayStart, Grow & Balance, Focus & Development and the Personal Child Journey, by age and need. Fee ranges are published, so you can decide from abroad without a phone call.

Home visits

If travelling to the centre is hard for whoever is at home, some support can be delivered at the family’s own home instead.

Therapy — speech and language, occupational, and support for developmental delay — is also given at the centre, in person. Ask about it on the first visit.

What this actually fixes.

One routine instead of three

Mother has one rule, grandmother has another, and a third arrives by phone from abroad. A child reads all three and follows none. We agree one routine, write it down, and give it to everybody.

A role other than “the one who scolds”

When the only call home is about complaints, the child learns to dread it. We give the parent abroad something to do with the child that is theirs alone — a nightly question, a story, a small shared game.

The person actually doing the work is on the call

The plan has to be followed by whoever handles mornings, meals and bedtime. If that is a grandmother or an aunt, she joins too — not only the person paying the fee.

One page a month, that you can actually read

You cannot see the play room, the pool or the climbing wall. So once a month you get it in writing: what your child did here, what changed, what the family did well, and three things for the coming month. One page, in Bangla, readable on a phone during a break in Riyadh.

Your leave is planned, not wasted

Tell us your travel dates in advance and the first in-person visit, a doctor’s sitting day or an assessment can be arranged inside the weeks you are home, instead of three days before your flight back.

What time would the call be where you are?

Bangladesh is ahead of the Gulf and Europe and behind East Asia. Two common windows are shown; the team can also work outside them.

What we will not do, even if you ask

  • We do not put your child on a video call for therapy or assessment. Your child comes to the centre for those; a parent being abroad is not a reason to add screen time to a child’s day.
  • We do not diagnose a child online, from a description, a photograph or a video.
  • We do not prescribe medicine or order tests in an online parent session.
  • We do not take money on this website, and we do not ask for payment before the fee and scope are confirmed to you in writing.
  • We do not report to one parent about the other. The plan belongs to the family, and everyone on the call sees the same thing.

If a child in Bangladesh is seriously unwell or hurt, the family should call 999 or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Do not wait for a session.

Start with one message.

Tell us which country you are in, how old your child is and what worries you. The team will say plainly what suits your child here, what it costs, and what time your own calls could be.

International call charges may apply if you dial the Bangladesh number directly. WhatsApp does not.

Your child is here, and nothing is closed to them

A parent working abroad changes nothing about what the child can use. PlayFit, swimming, rock and rope climbing, the programmes, the specialist consultations and therapy all happen at the centre, in person, on the same terms as any local family. Whoever is at home brings the child in; you can enrol and pay from abroad.

Distance is a scheduling problem, not a parenting failure

Working overseas so a child can be fed, schooled and treated is not neglect. What distance really takes away is not love but coordination: the people raising the child are no longer in the same room when the decisions get made.

The part that is online is for you, not for the child

The parent abroad and the people with the child at home join the same paid session, in Bangla, at a time agreed around the overseas shift. The written routine that follows goes to all of them, not only to whoever pays the fee. Child assessment and therapy are never done on a screen.

One page a month, because you cannot see the room

While a package is running, a one-page written update reaches the family each month: what your child did here, what changed, what the family did well and three things for the coming month.
