What is ZADEER?
ZADEER supports play-based child development and personalised parenting. Families across Bangladesh can book paid online guidance for adults; centre programmes and child therapy take place in person.
Can I join from anywhere in Bangladesh?
Yes. Parents and caregivers can book a paid personalised online parenting session. The team confirms the fee, duration and call arrangements before booking. Children do not join online therapy.
What is the free Welcome Orientation Call?
A free 5-minute introductory call after the 3-minute Parent Check-In. Request a callback or contact Reception. It explains the service and the next step; paid personalised guidance is a separate session.
How do I book before travelling?
WhatsApp +8801717899548 is our preferred booking channel. You can also call that number or submit the booking form. Travel only after the team confirms your appointment.
When is the centre open?
Every day, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Doctors see children every day: Saturday to Thursday from 2:00 to 9:00 PM, and all day on Friday. The team confirms your time before you travel.
What ages do programmes cover?
Core play programmes cover ages 2–10 with different ranges. Growth and milestone support for younger children and personal plans should be discussed individually.
Is this daycare or a school?
These are scheduled development and play programmes, not drop-off daycare, academic coaching or emergency medical care. Confirm caregiver attendance at intake.
Do I need to choose a package first?
No. Begin with a conversation. The check-in helps you organise questions; programme suitability follows appropriate intake and observation.
Are specialist sessions included?
Only when explicitly included in your written agreement. Otherwise specialist assessment, therapy and home visits are quoted separately before you decide.
Which doctors see children at ZADEER?
Dr. Din Amin Mazid (MBBS, FCPS), Paediatrician, for everyday health and development check-ups; Dr. Kabirul Alam (MBBS, FCPS), Child Endocrinologist, for growth, puberty and hormone concerns; and Dr. Ria Chakraborty (MPhil, Clinical Psychology), Child Psychologist, for feelings and behaviour. All specialist reviews are in person.
Can results be guaranteed?
No. Goals, session arrangements and review dates can be agreed; each child’s progress and timeline are different.
Are swimming and climbing operating?
Yes. Swimming, rock climbing and rope climbing run at the centre as ZADEER Wider Vision activities. Each child’s participation is matched to age, ability, comfort, supervision and safety clearance.
Can a grandparent or caregiver join?
Discuss attendance with the team. Involving the people who follow the home routine can help make the plan more practical.
