Emergency care is available around the clock, every day of the year. A Resident Medical Officer (RMO) is on duty throughout, including the full night shift. For a serious emergency come straight to the centre or call; do not wait for an online reply.

Urgent symptoms

Severe breathing difficulty, seizure or unconsciousness needs immediate emergency care. The appointment form is not an emergency channel.
