Guardian consent
ZADEER obtains guardian consent before assessment and before any separately agreed home visit. Participation is explained in advance, and consent can be withdrawn. Photographs or videos for marketing require separate guardian consent.
Child comfort. No forced participation.
ZADEER matches activities to age, ability and comfort. A child is never forced to participate. If a child shows distress, refusal or discomfort, the activity is paused, changed or stopped and the guardian is informed.
Supervision and staff responsibility
ZADEER assigns a responsible supervisor for child activities. Staff roles, required training, group size and emergency arrangements are defined before an activity operates. Higher-risk activities, including swimming and climbing, run only with appropriate supervision, facility readiness and safety clearance.
Privacy and image consent
ZADEER limits child records and private family conversations to authorised team members with a legitimate role. Marketing images are never treated as part of service consent; separate guardian permission is required.
How we record, investigate and follow up
ZADEER records safety and conduct concerns with the date, people involved, immediate action and follow-up required. A responsible lead reviews the concern, investigates what happened, documents the decision and tracks agreed follow-up. Safeguarding records are kept private and shared only when necessary.
Emergency escalation
If there is immediate danger, injury or a medical emergency, ZADEER prioritises urgent on-site action and escalation to appropriate emergency or medical support. The guardian is contacted as soon as practicable. Emergency response does not wait for a website or WhatsApp message.
